Gmail increases the ‘Undo Send’ time to 30 Seconds

Google’s Gmail has a beautiful Labs feature which is must use for every one of us. Many a times, we are worried, when we accidentally end up send a mail without the attachment. In such cases we wish we could Undo the sending.   At such times, the Gmail Labs feature ‘Undo Send’ comes out to be a lifesaver!

This feature helps us to “unsend” a message immediately after sending it. The Undo send option revert backs and gives us the chance to edit the message once again. To activate this feature, Go to settings > Labs > Enable ‘Undo send’ option.

To-date, the Undo Send option had a time limit such as 5, 10, 20 seconds. Now Google has increased the time limit  option to 30 seconds. You can change the “Send cancellation period” from the settings page.

Hope users find this feature to be of great use!

I also hope Google introduces a feature which allow for scheduling of sending email messages.

Are you using this feature in Gmail? And what do you think of this feature?
