I’m using a Surface Pro 2 with Type Cover 2, since Chrome 31*** scrolling via the two-finger-gesture on the Type Cover 2 is impossible. I’ve filed a bug here: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=338604&thanks=338604&ts=1390887896 but got no reaction from the developers. Also the Modern-UI-Mode isn’t usable with a high-res. display, like the one of my SurfaceP2.
