With the company’s history of abandoning and stepping all over consumer investments in their technology.. I’m curious to know what Microsoft knows at all about a consumer? Honestly speaking, their history with consumers reveals it’s a foreign entity to them, one they’ve never quite had any kind of understanding about at all.
