But in case of IE, programmers would be lazy to make changes to websites as long as IE is around. Most of the Asian websites are like &quot;Viewed best in IE 6 or above&quot;. So IE would be required. And as long as IE can render those websites, developers might feel a bit lazy on improving their websites.]]></description>
