I hope we can shut this down as well. I don't need my PC acting like my phone, that's why I have a phone. Even for work, it's annoying enough now to be in the middle of something and someone "chats" you and interrupts what you are doing. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I prefer not to be plugged into people 24/7 and I definitely prefer the actual company of my real friends over the endless praddle of my virtual ones.

I sure do hope there's a way to uninstall this "MyPeople" ... ah-hum ... feature, or at least turn it off and remove it from my Taskbar! More "Windows As A Service" worthless, unneeded and unasked-for-bloat for the Cumulative Updates to break. Where, and why, do the geeky kluges at MS get the idea that we actually need stuff like this?

All of this futuristic focus on 3D, mixed reality, new sharing capabilities, and improving gaming -- making all users “creators” -- looks like a lot of fun, but I'm more interested in the here and now and the "immediate" future. For instance, will this new "Creators Update" fix the problems I'm still having with the last "Anniversary Update" and other things broken by the monthly Cumulative Updates? Every month?
