I wouldn’t upgrade to Windows 10 from a Windows Vista machine, it can intentionally cause many problems because of the big jump (age difference); many incompatibility’s with lots of you programs as well. I also suggest you wait awhile for all the kinks to be worked out, and why the big rush anyways? You still got time until Vista’s End of support. But if you think your PC can handle a huge transition like that, then by all means go ahead.
