					<description><![CDATA[It sounds like Windows 10 will include more possible features that can be used to differentiate low-end, mid-range and high-end phones.  That&#039;s probably a good thing but then there are always those who expect a free lunch, like those who have bought a low-end 20-series Lumia and complain that it doesn&#039;t support Lumia Camera 5.  I&#039;m planning on getting myself a 940 whatever specs it might have but some recent stories have suggested that the specs might be more interesting than I previously thought.]]></description>
