Windows Phone 7 to be released in Europe by October, US in November

While most of us expected an October launch of the Windows Phone 7, we are now getting to hear some news about the Windows Phone release dates in the Europe and the United States. This news spread all over the web just after Microsoft Chief Operating Officer Kevin Turner’s presentation on Windows Phone 7.

The presentation’s main goal was to discuss the beginning of a new era for the software giant on the Mobile Platform.

But while discussing about the future plans Kevin, towards the end, talked about the Windows  Phone 7 launch and inadvertently mentioned said it will come to Europe  this October, and to USA in November 2010.

This is the most explicit statement anyone from Microsoft has made about the launch dates for Windows Phone 7.

Looks like the Europeans will get to savor the goodness of the brand new mobile operating system ahead of the Americans!

It would be interesting to see what dates will be finalized for the release of the Windows Phone 7 for the rest of the world.
