Microsoft posted,

“Each week, we’ll kick things off with a blog post, and carry the conversation onto Twitter. Across that week, we’ll look at what will help you build better apps, reach more people, make cooler things, and earn additional revenue. Along the way, we’ll also provide resources such as code samples, design assets, guidance, DLVUP challenges, etc. to help you incorporate these features into your app.”
