Google Kids Space will provide your kids with essential apps, books, and videos. Simply put, Google Kids Space is a complete package. It will not only allow kids to explore new stuff, but they can also learn with it and have some fun at the same time.
According to the company, Google Kids Space will first arrive on select Lenovo tablets. It will be limited to the all-new Lenovo Smart Tab M10 HD Gen 2. Google has already confirmed that ‘Kids Space’ will become available on more Android tablets in the coming days.
“Kids Space is designed with your kid at the center of the experience and made for them to become explorers of the things they love. By selecting their interests, your kids will see new and engaging content to read, play and make. Kids can even customize their experience by creating their own character,” said Mindy Brooks UX Director, Kids & Families at Google.
Google says it worked with academic experts and children’s education specialists over the Kids Space launch. Google has come to terms with publishers to make some of the top children books available for free. Google Kids Space sees more than 400 books in its library only in the U.S.
The Watch and Make initiatives in Google Kids Space will allow your kids to watch videos from YouTube Kids. Parents can also download additional content from Google Play for further customizations.

For the Kids Space to function, make sure that your child has a Google Account. For Parental controls to work, make sure that the Family Link app is installed on a compatible device of your choice (Android, iOS, or ChromeOS).
Books and video content not available in all regions. Video content is sourced from the YouTube Kids app. So, the availability of video content may differ accordingly. To access books in Google Kids Space, make sure that the Play Books app is installed on the device.
