If you are an Indian student and interested in learning Artificial Intelligence, there’s good news for you. Microsoft in association with NASSCOM FutureSkills is offering free AI courses for Indian students enrolled in Indian universities. The course is supported by GitHub which further includes two more subjects- data analysis and machine learning.
Microsoft offering Free AI course
This will be a week-long course starting from 14th December to 19th December. Applications for this Microsoft AI Classroom series are open and the interested students can register now. Once registered, they will receive a registration link via email from their campus after which they can attend the online classes.
The free online course will be delivered through online Simu-live sessions wherein the subject matter experts and the industry leaders will be taking the classes. It will be a detailed 3 hours session covering the key topics- Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning, followed by a dedicated 30 mins Q&A slot at the end of the session. Students can put up their queries either in the live chat room or wait for this Q&A session.
Post completion, there will be an online assessment with 30 multiple-choice questions. The students have to attain 60% marks to pass the course and get the certification. Students who score less than 60% marks in assessment can reattempt.
Microsoft has launched this series with a special aim to make the students future-ready with AI skills and hence it is offered at no cost.
This course is available only for Indian students enrolled in Indian universities. There are limited seats and will be given on a first come first serve basis. Hurry up and book your seat before it reaches capacity.
