Recently, Microsoft announced that it is going to release thousands of new themes to Microsft Forms. Microsoft Forms is a platform that allows users to create quizzes, surveys, polls, and more. According to Microsoft, the introduction of new themes will create a better visual context and motivate users due to which more participants will engage with the content of the forms.

Microsoft Forms is a part of Office 365 and was released in June 2016. After creating a form, you can share it with anyone and see the results in real time. As stated above, the aim of introducing themes to Microsoft Forms is to increase audience engagement. Winter is a season full of celebration and thankfulness. Hence, you can customize your forms by adding themes that match your content. For example, if you have created a Christmas Quiz, you can make it more attractive by adding the Christmas theme.
All the newly launched themes will be available in the Theme pane. To access themes, open a quiz or form and then go to “Theme pane > Theme ideas > See more Themes.” Microsoft added both static and animated themes so that you can choose the one that suits the best to your content. A bunch of copyright-free themes is also available. You can use these free themes to decorate your new or previous forms, surveys, etc.
There are tremendous amount new themes (both static and animate) arrived in Microsoft Forms which hopefully could attract more attentions from your audience and make them “feel” the excitements and connections behind screens, especially in new hybrid world.
Microsoft has invited users to take a trial of the themes and share their and their audience’s feedback so that Microsoft will know what its users think about the forms.
