Microsoft finally introduced the Surface Book 2 in India. The Surface Book 2 is touted as the fastest device in the Surface range and is aimed at offering high-end computing without compromising on the form factor. Alongside the Surface Book 2, Microsoft has also announced the Surface laptop.
Surface Book 2 & Surface Laptop launched in India
The Surface Book 2 is offered in two models, the 13.5-inch PixelSense and a 15-inch PixelSense display. Both the variants offer an FHD resolution at a 3:2 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the device is powered by the latest Intel 8th Gen processors and is paired with NVIDIA GeForce GPU. The Surface Book 2 offers different configurations like the Studio Mode, Laptop Mode, View Mode and even tablet mode.
The Surface Book 2 is priced starting at Rs 137,999 for the 13.5-inch Core i5 variant. Meanwhile, the fully loaded variant with Core i7, 16GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 is priced at Rs 295,999.

The Surface Laptop is designed for general use. This time around Microsoft has added an Alcantara layer as a standard for the keyboard. Both the laptops are rated to offer 14.5 hours of battery life. The Surface Laptop offers Windows 10 S and weighs in at just 1.25Kgs. As far as pricing is concerned the Surface Laptop starts at Rs 89,999 for the Core i5 with 128GB SSD, 8GB of RAM and Intel HD Graphics 620. The range-topping variant with Core i7, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM and Intel Plus Graphics is priced at Rs 233,999.
