CES 2015 sees launch of several new Windows devices

CES has always been the favourite event for the tech lovers and if you are a Windows users, CES 2015 has some very interesting and useful gadgets and devices for you. This year the Consumer Electronic Show brings some high-end Windows devices and machines, right from the Smartphones and PCs to the internet enabled surveillance devices and home automation gadgets powered by Windows. Some of them boast powerful processors, some have come with brilliant storage options, and some provide wonderful gaming experience with high end graphics.

This minicomputer from HP was one of the most talked-about Windows devices in CES 2015. Flaunting an attractive design, this mini desktop from HP is powered by Intel Core i7 processor and 8GB of memory. Its HDMI compatible ports and dual display gives you the ability to stream and access your content on TV. This wonderful mini desktop comes with some value added services like 200 GB Microsoft OneDrive storage for two years, 32 GB solid-state drive and a $25 gift card of Windows Store. This tiny 2.06 inches computer will hit market with a price tag of $319.99 only.

Acer is now expanding its range of 5th generation Intel Core processors to several of their PCs.

  • Acer’s Aspire R 13 Series – With its 180 degrees rotation feature this laptop from Acer was a head turner in CES 2015. Powered with a 5th gen Intel Core processor, Acer’s Aspire R13 Series brings a premium Windows 8.1 experience. The flexible design with a superfine 13.3 inch touchscreen convertible laptop gives the convenience of a tablet and the powerful processor gives productivity of a high performance notebook.
  • Acer S7 Ultrabook – This sleek Ultrabook from Acer weighs just 2.87 pounds. The .51 inches thin screen tilts back to full 180 degrees with a Hotkey. The aluminum body, tough Gorilla glass lid, and a WQHD1 touchscreen makes it standout in the long array of machines showcased in CES this year.

Expanding its flip-screen range, Lenovo displayed its striking range of convertible laptops in CES 2015.

  • Lenovo B50 – This is one of the most intriguing Windows 8.1 desktops from Lenovo using the most talked-about Intel RealSense™ 3D camera and NVIDIA GeForce graphics. This innovative full 1080p 3D camera from Intel will come with gesture control which gives you an intense interactive gaming experience. Lenovo B50 is powered with Intel Core i7 processor and flaunts big 23.8 inch with 10 point multi-touch featured IPS screen. The machine will hit the market in March 2015 with a price tag of $1249.
  • Yoga 3 Pro and 8-inch Yoga Tablet 2 – These two new add-ons to the Yoga convertible line-up powered by Windows gained a good amount of attraction in CES this year. Both of these convertible laptops feature Lenovo AnyPen technology which can turn any pen or pencil into a tablet writing tool. The new Yoga laptops will start shipping in March with price tag of $800 for the 11-inch and $980 for the 14-inch.
  • Lenovo FLEX 3 – This entry level convertible laptop from Lenovo will be available in 11 inch, 14 inch and 15 inch screen size. 14” and 15” laptops are powered with 5th gen Intel Core chips and smaller one comes with a Pentium processor. The expected price range for these entry level laptops is $400-$580.

This gaming device will be available in January, 2015 and its price range from $3,399.99.
  • MSI’s GS30 Shadow and Gaming Dock GS30-ShadowMeasuring just 0.77 inches and weighing less than 2.65 lbs this ultimate Windows based gaming dock is world’s first external graphic cards solution which supports the desktop graphics. This machine will hit the market sometime in January and the price range will start at $1,999.99.
