‘Thief of Thieves’, the interactive online game finally has made its debut on Internet Explorer. For those who don’t know; Thief of Thieves is a game series based on the comic book from Skybound and Kirkman. The official website of ‘Thief of Thieves’ was announced to get a IE optimized makeover several months ago and Microsoft finally announced it today for the ‘Thief of Thieves’ fans.
The website is named as ‘Thief of Thieves: Experience’ and is based truly on the interactive stories of comic book series. The comic series ‘Thief of Thieves’ was created in 2012 by Robert Kirkman, best known for the television series ‘The walking dead’. It was an instant hit and as per the reports, the comic series is also being developed into a TV series. The site offers a touch screen friendly design providing a wonderful experience to the tablet users, although, it also supports the mouse based interactions which makes it worth playing on laptops as well as desktops.
Each arch of the comic is written by a different author, but is supervised by Kirkman. The website ‘Thief of Thieves: Experience’ lets users get the training first and then finally take part in their own crime jape.
Talking about the first online launch of ‘Thief of Thieves: Experience’, make Robert Kirkman says, “I’m really pleased with how well the web experience captures the setting we were trying to build for Thief of Thieves. It’s a great way for fans of the Thief of Thieves comic books to immerse them in Redmond’s world and really interact with the story”.
The website ‘Thief of Thieves’ is designed using the scalable vector graphics (SVG ) which provides rich graphics regardless of the screen size of the device used.
