The new Office 365 Plans announced last year have been finally released by the company. Microsoft today made these new plans available for the small business users. These new plans will replace the current Office plans namely – Office 365 Small Business, Small Business Premium and Midsize Business plans.

The newly released Office 365 Plans include:
Office 365 Business Essentials – This plan priced at $5 per user per month and $60 per year will cover online versions of Office with email with a 50 GB inbox per user and video conferencing. It further includes instant messaging, calendaring, and online meeting, 1TB of free OneDrive for Business cloud storage, Professional digital storytelling tools, SharePoint Online and social networking support.
Office 365 Business – This plan brings full Office on PC/Mac with apps for tablets and phones. The plan includes 1 TB file storage and sharing, full installed Office applications like- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and OneNote on up to 5 PCs or Macs per user, and online versions of Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The plan costs $8.25 user/month on annual commitment and $10.00 per user/month on monthly commitment.
Office 365 Business Premium – Priced at $12.50 user/month for annual commitment and $15 per user/month on monthly commitment. It covers all the features of Business Essentials and Business in one integrated plan. With this plan, users will get email with 50 GB mailbox, 1 TB file storage and sharing, HD video conferencing, Full, installed Office on PC/Mac and Office apps on tablets and phones.
