NVIDIA has released their new GeForce 416.16 WHQL drivers, complimenting Microsoft’s new Windows 10 October Update 2018 v1809. These new drivers provide official support for Windows 10 latest version and the public release of the DXR (DirectX Raytracing) API.

GeForce 416.16 WHQL also adds and modifies SLI and 3D Vision profiles for a handful of games along with bug fixes. This is the first driver to enable RTX technology on GeForce graphics cards of that same name even though there are no RTX-enabled games to play with yet.
Post-October 2nd release of Windows 10 v1809, users who upgraded their old Windows 10 versions complained of issues related to graphics and files deletion. GeForce 416.16 WHQL corrects some of the graphics related issues, so you may consider upgrading if you are facing issues related to graphics.
