OneDrive is among one of those Microsoft’s products which receives regular updates. If you have noticed the OneDrive apps, be it on Android, Windows Phone or iOS devices, it gets regular feature updates. Many of these updates are based on user’s feedback. The team keeps improving listening to its user base. In the last one year, OneDrive has made lots of progress with its service, be it consumer or the business users.  We already get all the OneDrive news from the official OneDrive team blog.

The OneDrive team adds many of the features based on users feedback. For this it has already established a public means for the users to register their feedback and feature suggestions on uservoice.

We already get all the OneDrive news from the official OneDrive team blog. But this new blog, however, will focus on customer stories, their experience using OneDrive, best practices, tips and tricks.

We recognized the next step in our customer conversations was a different kind of blog, a blog where we can post best practices, tips and tricks, customer stories and everything else that’s not necessarily product news but is really valuable for our users and business customers. That’s what this blog is all about!

This Customer Success Blog will be a very useful resource for getting the most out of OneDrive. The new blog starts with a 4-part series on how OneDrive for Business can change the way people and teams can work together.

Announcing the launch of new OneDrive blog, Reuben Krippner, Director Product Management of OneDrive has requested the users to provide any suggestions.
