Microsoft To-Do app for Windows 10 has received a new, major update. As a result, the software giant has introduced a new sorting feature to the app. As part of the latest update, Microsoft To Do app users will be able to make use of the new preference. It allows users to find newly-created tasks at the top of a list.

Furthermore, the update also delivers several accessibility fixes to the app. Announcing the updates, the company had this to say in the app’s changelog:
“You asked, and we listened. You can now add new tasks to the top! But that’s not all, starred tasks can now move to the top too. Set your preference in settings.”
“We made a number of accessibility fixes including announcing the removal of due dates, recurring tasks and reminders.”
Microsoft To-Do is a productivity app, which allows users to create lists, tasks, and reminders. The app allows users to plan their daily tasks and schedule.
The primary objective of the app is to enable focusing on daily tasks at hand. Users can also compare their tasks between two days.
The app also provides users with suggestions and recommendations based on a variety of factors.
Apart from Windows 10 PC, the app is also available to download for smartphone users. In addition to being a reminder app, Microsoft To-Do also serves as a note-taking app.
The app syncs across all your devices, be it smartphones and PC. Microsoft To-Do also synchronizes outlook Outlook tasks.
Last week, Microsoft To-Do rolled out a new update for both iOS and Android users.
Microsoft To-Do for iOS app now supports app badge. Furthermore, the recent iOS app update also delivered the ability to create new tasks, performance enhancements, among others.
Meanwhile, the Android app update delivered changes to the app’s user interface (UI). These changes apply to the list view, task view. The update also brought other enhancements and accessibility fixes.
