Microsoft has made available Windows 10 v1903 Business Edition ISO on MSDN. If you have an MSDN subscription, you should see it already. The ISO will be useful for IT admins who need to create their installation media using either a USB flash drive or a DVD.

Windows 10 release for consumers usually are made available for Business at a later stage. These businesses typically defer any update unless it becomes stable. Microsoft had been treating them with a different channel as well which has finally changed in Windows 10 v1903 update. Good news is that if you are ready to Business Editions, Windows 10 1903 Business Edition ISO is available on MSDN.
However, it is not available with VLSC or Volume Licensing Service Center as of now.

Installing Windows 10 in Enterprise is a different ball game. The ISO’s are usually prepped before it gets deployed. Some of the applications are removed, IT admins can add company apps, and configure various policies in place for all the computers. It also allows them to test the stable release in their company premises and check if everything is working fine.
