Microsoft has released Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 14327 to the Fast ring. The previous version released to Windows Insider was Windows 10 Mobile Build 14322.
What’s new in Windows 10 Mobile Build 14327

Messaging everywhere: Preview of the “Messaging everywhere” feature in Windows 10 allows you to send and receive text messages from your using Windows 10 PCs.

How to enable this feature: Ensure you are signed in with Microsoft account.

On your phone, turn on “Send texts on all my Windows Devices”

On your PC, make sure you have chosen which phone to send messages through, from Settings of Messaging App

Also note that Skype integration in Messaging app in this build has been removed. Skype UWP Preview app for mobile will be coming up in an upcoming build.

Cortana supports more languages: Cortana for the Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil) and French (Canada) languages for Mobile have been enabled with this build.
What’s fixed in Build 14327:

Issue where Phone’s screen may not turn on, doesn’t respond and Windows Hello stops working if power button is used to lock/unlock has been fixed.

Issue where neither space or enter key works has been fixed.

Issue where Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Transfer My data, UC browser fails to launch from Start or All Apps is fixed.

Issue where divers emoji couldn’t be deleted is fixed.

Auto-correction logic updated, where tapping the word you just typed will now stop auto-correction.

Issue where tethering over Bluetooth wouldn’t work if Bluetooth had never been turned on before is fixed.

Known issues in Build 14327:

Issues with downloading languages and Speech packs.

Feedback hub not yet localized so its UI will be in English even after installing language pack

Camera app crash when going to camera roll

Might see duplicate apps under All apps. Just start and pause a download in the Store and choose “resume all” downloads to get out of this issue.

Might get to see square boxes in some apps when using some of the new emoji.

a bug will prevent some apps such as Tweetium from launching.

a issue which may cause mobile data to stop working but show as connected.

Glance on/off setting is not respected. After updating, reset this setting to get back what was before.
Announcing the new build, Gabe Aul reminded, only devices which are eligible to receive the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade will be able to get preview builds from the Development Branch.
