If you want to own a Windows 10 Smartphone, you don’t have to wait for long. Microsoft has planned to launch its flagship Windows 10 Smartphones in May this year. However, there is no official announcement made by the company but, reports says that the Microsoft’s upcoming range of Smartphone will hit the market shelves this summers.
Another report quotes the statement of at Ifi Majid, Director of Product Marketing for Microsoft Mobile Devices which states that “Next Windows 10 Flagship Smartphone will arrive later this summer”.
It is to be noted that not all the Windows Phone Smartphones will get the OS update. The three Smartphones confirmed to get the update include Lumia 435, Lumia 735 and Lumia 930.
There is no official information yet released about the Windows 10 Smartphone for now and thus the fans have to wait till summers for the release. Meanwhile, a description at Microsoft session says that Windows 10 Smartphones will come with powerful graphics and octa-core processors.
Furthermore, Joe Belfiore from Microsoft has tweeted about the new audio format FLAC to be added in the upcoming Microsoft tablets and Smartphones.
The tweet says FLAC support will be on phones/small tablets… won’t be in the first insider build, though, will be a few months later.”
