Windows Phone 7 design – Dell Lightning

The long wait is finally over. We all have been tweaking, searching and reading about Windows Phone 7 all over the web but none of were actually aware about the exact prototype design of WP7 by any mobile making company like Nokia,  Samsung , Dell etc.

Engadget recently just gave an idea of details about Dell’s upcoming smartphone – Lightening. The new Dell Lightening phone runs Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system and also has Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon processor inside. With aesthetic looks, Dell has added a bunch of features but this slider smartphone won’t hit the stores until the end of this year. Still we have to wait for very long time but you can now have an idea about what WP7 is going to look like.

Specifications : 1GHz QSD8250 Snapdragon processor, WVGA 4.1-inch OLED display, AT&T and T-Mobile 3G, five megapixel autofocus camera, 1GB of flash with 512MB RAM plus 8GB of storage on a MicroSD card (non-user-replaceable, we’re assuming), GPS, accelerometer, compass, FM radio, and full Flash support including video playback.
