Following the launch of Xolo Win Q900, the Android version of Xolo Handset, the phone manufacturer has come up with Windows Phone 8.1 version of the handset, Win Q900. Pre-bookings for the smartphone was made open from June this year but the availability of the gadget was delayed by almost a month.

Beginning today, the smartphone will be available across all mobile shops and online vendors. Previously, Xolo Q900 was available for pre-order at online retailer Snapdeal and Flipkart but ran out of stocks in a flash. The biggest selling point of the phone XOLO claims is the phone’s features. Xolo Win Q900 is one of the lightest Windows Phone 8.1 available till date. It weighs just 100g.
Secondly, it features a 4.7 inch display with HD (1280×720 pixel) resolution, large enough to enjoy videos. The phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor and is equipped with an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash along with a front facing 2-megapixel shooter.
In addition to the above, the phone has an 8GB storage space expandable up to 32 GB. The WinQ900 also has support for dual sim, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The Windows OS empowers a user to have a single step access to his favourite apps and get faster swift typing experience with Word Flow keyboard. Also, the OS enables to discover faster ways to connect via the People Hub, a facility intended to bring together friend updates and social networks into one place.
The smartphone is currently available in Black colour variants only and priced at Rs 9,999. Other specifications include a 1800mAh battery capable of delivering up to 14 hours of talk time and up to 246 hours of standby time on 3G network.
