When looking for computer peripherals such as keyboard, mouse or webcam I often visit Microsoft Hardware. It is one stop-source for all the Microsoft products. Microsoft has been releasing some wonderful such editions of designer mice lately. We have seen the Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 Studio Series Artist Edition and also the Microsoft Touch Mouse Artist Edition. Of late, the blog announced new entries in its Artist Edition mouse family.
The entries feature five new designs for Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 and Arc Touch Mouse. The design has been especially created by well-known and popular around the globe artists like Kenzo Minami, Stina Persson, Oh Joy!, Tchmo, and Sally Zhou.
These artists have given due consideration to users design demands. That said, as a useful addition, Microsoft, the software giant also announced several new limited edition colors for its Explorer Touch Mouse and Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 devices.
While my favorite color White and not-so-favorite Dahlia Pink (young girls may just love it) is available on the Explorer Touch Mouse more vibrant colors such as Aqua Blue, Flame red, Cobalt Blue and Citron Green are available in the Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500.
It must be mentioned though the company has made these new mice available in new hot colors, under the hood they retain same technical and performance characteristics as their earlier versions. Microsoft has also made it clear that the new colors and Artist Edition designs won’t be available immediately but would be coming soon.
In my honest opinion, no matter when they come they will surely expand the existing collection of Artist Edition mouse family. Meanwhile, to celebrate the introduction of these new mice, Microsoft has organized the Microsoft Hardware Pinterest contest. Go build a board inspired by one of the mice displayed and get ready to win a prize! To participate in the contest, visit Microsoft-Hardware Pinboard.
