We were just getting started with the Google Instant and soon thereafter someone tries his hands on YouTube Instant. And now we have not just one but two different people attempting a Twitter Instant version!
The first one is From Manmohanjit Singh, a 15 year old boy from Malaysia, who built it using jQuery and Twitter’s Search API. This one works quite well and also has a mobile version of the same. I personally tested it on my slow internet connection and it pretty much does the job.
Here are the screenshots for the first Twitter Instant. Though the site doesn’t have a fancy graphical design, it is what makes the experience a bit faster than the second one.
The second Twitter Instant is from DerMatthias. This one has got a nice logo on the header unlike the earlier one with simple design; but when I tried the Twitter Instant on this site, I found it to be a bit slow! But nevertheless, it also does the function like the first instant search. You can check out the Twitter Instant (2) here.
I suppose Google Instant just started a trend! What new ‘Instant’ services can we expect to see now!?
