Bing does what Google can’t. Google helps you getting the direct answers to all your currency conversion queries but when it is about Bitcoin, Microsoft’s search engine Bing has surpassed Google.
Bing Bitcoin Currency Converter
Bing has been helping users to convert currencies for years and now Bing team has added quick Bitcoin conversion to the search engine. Same as its other currency conversion programs, Bing Bitcoin Converter will help you getting the value of 1 BTC in different currencies.
You just need to type the amount and currency in the Bitcoin currency conversion program and the result will be displayed in real time. The conversion results are provided to Bing using the Bitcoin wallet service Coinbase. The Bitcoin conversion feature is available for more than 50 currencies including Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Yuan, Pesos and Rupee.
The growing popularity of the peer-to-peer digital currency spurred the Bing folks to want to give people a “quick and easy way to see how much they are worth,” says a Microsoft spokesperson.
As per the official blogpost, this feature is supported only in Australia, Canada, Holland, India, Spain, the UK, and the US for now. There is no official word about for other options like Dogecoin and Litecoin for now.
For those who do not know about Bitcoin, it is an electronic currency – not related or dependent on the currency of any country. Bitcoin (BTC) is a digital currency first described in a 2008 paper by pseudonymous developer Satoshi Nakamoto, who called it an anonymous, peer-to-peer, electronic payments system.
