Dell today announced the Inspiron R series of entry-level laptops. The Inspiron brand is Dell’s most affordable and most popular line. Today’s refresh brings three new models with four new colors to the lineup, as well as Adamo-inspired design choices, like the redesigned screen hinges.
These Dell Inspiron R laptops were first launched a few months ago in parts of the world such as Australia and India.
Available in four metallic paint colors: Mars Black, Peacock Blue, Tomato Red and Lotus Pink, the new Inspirons represent the first generation of affordable laptops using Dell’s new hinge design.
The new laptops come with the Dell Dock, a software add-on that Dell’s been installing on their new laptops for the past several years.
The Inspiron 14R, 15R and 17R run on Intel Core i3 and i5 mobile processors and show outstanding everyday performance with Microsoft Windows 7 !
The Inspiron R laptops are available now at Dell.com, starting at $449.
