HTC has officially launched its Windows Phone 7 HTC HD7 device in India along with service provider Bharti Airtel. Now consumers from India can enjoy the experience that is Windows Phone 7!
In a press release, Ajay Sharma, Country Head, HTC India said:

The value Microsoft is bringing to mobile customers around the world sets a new benchmark for the industry and HTC is proud to be the first in bringing in the brand new Windows Phone 7 experience to India in partnership with Bharti Airtel.”
HTC HD7 comes along with a 4.3 WVGA TFT screen, 1GHz Qualcomm QSM 8250 Processor, a stand, 5 megapixel camera with Dual-LED flash and 720p video recording.
HTC HD7 is now available across India and has been priced at Rs 29,990 – or Euro 490; that’s a cool 109 Euro’s less than what I paid at Phone House, in Paris, around a month back!
