- Access control: The access control becomes important as organizations deploy more agents. To manage AI agents and limit their access to the resources they need, a unique Agent ID will be assigned to each AI agent.
- Visualization: Microsoft Agent 365 provides a unified dashboard and advanced analytics to provide a complete map of connections among agents, users, and resources across an organization. It also has built-in compliance tools for logging, e-discovery, and unethical behaviour detection.
- Interoperability: Agents need to access the same data and applications that employees use within an organization.
