It is that time of the year when Microsoft releases the second major feature update of the year to Windows 10. Windows 10 version 1909 November 2019 Update is just around the corner and in a few days or weeks will start rolling out to computers worldwide. As always, before the final rollout of the operating system’s update, Microsoft has posted the official ISOs of the release build on to their servers for the users who have Visual Studio Subscription (formerly knows as MSDN or Microsoft Developer Network).
Windows 10 1909 ISO available for Visual Studio Subscription holders
These ISO files are available to the users only using the Visual Studio Subscription. But we expect this ISO to be accessible from the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool very soon. It is worth noting that this release of Windows 10 does not carry many features. It is just a minor update to the Windows 10 1903 May 2019 Update release. Microsoft is not even releasing a new SDK for this release mostly speculated to be lack of new major APIs and features. The development will be the same as the Windows 10 1903 May 2019 Update.
If you wish, this update is bringing a ton of stability and fixes to the user’s computer. If you happen to have the Visual Studio Subscription, you can get the ISO and do an upgrade because the update feels to be buttery smooth and bug-free. I have been running this update on my Surface Pro 6 for a week (upgraded from Windows 1903 May 2019 Update) and I have had no crashes or glitches whatsoever.
