Yahoo has announced the release of Yahoo! Mail Beta, which promises to deliver a faster, safer and more social email experience.
New Features:
- Speed – Yahoo! Mail Beta is faster than previous versions of Yahoo! Mail; exact speed will vary based on internet connection, browser, device, user location, and user action.
- Spam – It has an improved spam protection technology to help protect your inbox from unwanted messages.
- Unlimited Storage – Consistent with Yahoo! Mail terms of service.
- Mobile – Device must have an active internet connection for user to access e-mails.
- Facebook – Link your Facebook feed so you can see, post, and never miss out on any conversations
- Chat – Connect to friends instantly via IM or SMS.
- Be Mobile – Get Yahoo! Mail on any internet-enabled device, including iPhone, iPad, and Android
- View photo slideshows, inline videos and more right from within your mail when we automatically detect this type of content
- Twitter – Now you can read your friends’ tweets, retweet or compose your own 140-character message alongside Facebook posts and Yahoo! status updates all from the What’s New page.
