Ensuring their customers satisfaction, Microsoft has now come up with a new addition, ‘Bing Listens UserVoice forum’ to its UserVoice service list. The UserVoice Forum as the name signifies, is a forum for public, where users can leave their feedback on company’s services and products.
“Our goal is to be #1 in satisfaction across all audiences and in every market.”
Microsoft values their customers’ feedback and the notable thing is that the company asks for public feedback for every product/service they release. The company has already been using the UserVoice service for its products like Xbox Music, SkyDrive, Windows 10 and Windows Phone. Whatever products and services Microsoft creates, customer feedback is always integrated throughout the product development process.
With this new support and feedback system, Bing will now bring in an improved and better search experience.
Team Bing says,
“By submitting your ideas, you grant Microsoft a license to use them. Don’t send any ideas or submit any content that you don’t want Microsoft to use. Bing Listens is moderated, and any submission that is not a product feature suggestion may be removed”.
Head over to the Bing Listens page and leave your feedback, ideas and suggestions about all Bing products and services.
