Microsoft recently updated its Health App for iOS devices. This 25.3M sized app is updated to its next version v1.3.10218 and delivers a number of promising features. This new update supports all the devices running iOS 7.1+ and comes along with some performance-based enhancements and novel features.

This app allows you to keep track of your heart rate, sleep quality, calorie burn or steps and further helps in maximizing your fitness with the Guided Workouts. You can even have your calendar alerts and email previews at a glance with this app.

- Read emails, text messages and other notifications in a go with Quick Read. You can read the messages easily while in motion and without scrolling the screen because the app now supports large font size along with rapid sequence of the words for display.
